Do you enjoy helping others Follow God, Connect at Bayside, Discover their gifts, and Serve in the church? Join the Growth Track team! Whether you enjoy hosting a table, greeting at the door, checking people in, or doing data entry during the week, we have a place for you on our team.  

Group Host

Are you passionate about helping people grow in their faith and relationship with God and others? Are you a natural at facilitating conversation? Well then, consider leading and hosting a group discussion in your home or in the community.  

Women

Join a team of amazing women who provide classes, workshops and studies designed to help women build significant relationships with other women. We believe that everyone involved will be changed from the inside out!  

Men

Strengthen your relationship with God and other men by joining the team planning and executing exciting events, instructive studies and life-changing retreats just for men. Sometimes we even play golf!  

Care

The care ministry is for people who are willing to walk alongside the hurting during life’s most troubling circumstances.  The Care Ministry includes Grief Share and Memorials.  Help us love others as they recover and rebuild.  

Celebrate Recovery

Have you found freedom from addictive behavior? Can you rejoice in God’s healing power? If so, join the team and share the joy and healing power of God’s freedom with others. And while you’re at it, connect with some new people!  

Local Outreach

Passionate about reaching our community? Your neighborhood? Our region? Want to “be the hands and feet of Jesus?” Join the Local Outreach Team! Share the love of Jesus. Build relationships. Meet needs. Serve together as a small group. Serve as a family. Serve as an individual. Volunteer. Grow.  

Greeters

A family’s first impression of Bayside Church is so important! Help us welcome and assist families with checking in their children at our weekend services.  

Check-In

This team welcomes families as they arrive at our Bayside Kids area and help with the check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.  

Birth – Preschool

Kids are a priority at Bayside – just like they are in the home. Partner with families and help kids grow in faith and character in a setting created just for the littlest Baysiders.  

K – 3rd Grade

We’ve created an exciting atmosphere just for kids! As a part of the Bayside Kids Team, you can help kids grow in faith, character and their relationship with Jesus through worship, drama, storytelling and small groups. Lead our K-3rd graders in discovering God's truths!  

Bayside FourFive (4TH & 5TH)

Dive in and join Bayside fourfive team while helping 4th and 5th graders build new friendships, have a good time, grow spiritually and dig deeper. Be a part of those challenges and help them grow, change and learn.  

Special Needs

Safe Harbor is a place where children with special needs can come to be loved and find security. Be a part of the Safe Harbor team and provide care to elementary aged children with special needs.  

Middle School

In Bayside Middle School, 6th – 8th grade students, we’re all about building relationships – with each other and with God. We’re also about transformation, discipleship, Christ-centered identity and passionate worship. Be a part of the Bayside Middle School Team by leading a small group, hanging out with students during a variety of programs, or helping with setup and teardown.  

High School

A lively atmosphere. High-energy worship. A place to grow in a personal one-on-one relationship with Jesus. Laughing is commonplace. High fives are a must. This is Bayside High School and we’d love for you to join the fun and the team! Lead a small group, hang out with students, prepare the room for the service or host an event. Find your fit with Bayside High School!  

College

Bayside College is passionate about worship, relevant teaching and connecting in a meaningful community. We strive to dive deeper into our relationship with God, while developing lasting friendships. Join the team and provide a welcoming environment, help with refreshments, lead a small group or assist with setup and teardown.  

Next Steps Team

The Next Steps team helps people move forward in their faith with Christ. Whether they are visiting for the first time, just accepted Christ or are ready to get baptized - this team helps celebrate the steps a person takes towards growth.

Welcome Center

Be the person in the know! Greet people as they’re walking by, chat about the service or what’s going on in the courtyard, and answer questions for other Baysiders and first timers. Have fun while getting to know a few new names and faces.  

Volunteer Central Host

Do you love to be the “go-to” person? Be the person that volunteers go to, in order to be equipped to serve. Check them in, keep them encouraged, and keep our volunteer central organized.  

Greeters

Do you smile often? Love to chat? Feel like you’re a pretty friendly person? This is the spot for you! Simply say hey and welcome guests from the parking lot to the worship center.  

Ushers

Can your eyes find that open seat in the middle of a sea of people? If so, ushering might be your thing! Simply help people find a great, up-front seat and your work is done.  

Parking

Do you like to be outside? Do you enjoy helping people? Come help us in the Bayside parking lot! Help greet guests as they arrive on campus, assist them to the closest parking spot and help keep traffic moving smoothly.  

Hospitality

Help us make Bayside a welcoming place for people to hang out, connect, grab a cup of coffee and feel at home. Prepare the atmosphere by setting up coffee and snacks and then hang around to welcome guests as they arrive.  

First Aid

Have you been professionally trained in First Aid? Want to use this gift to serve the church? Volunteer to serve on the Bayside First Aid Team, and assist in situations until official help arrives.  

Setup / Teardown

Do you love to do the heavy lifting? Do you enjoy loading and unloading? If so, help prepare for weekend services by setting up tables, signs, cones, chairs, and whatever else is needed to make our campus look amazing.  

Prayer

Are you a good listener? Passionate about helping others view life’s situations through the lens of God? If you are gifted with the skills of listening, providing practical biblical advice, and praying for others, then the prayer team is a great fit!  

Facilities

Do you love to do the heavy lifting? Do you enjoy loading and unloading? If so, help maintain the day-to-day operations of the facilities areas by setting up and tearing down chairs and tables for the weekends, special events and conferences.  

Bayside Café

Always wanted to be a barista? Just love the look, feel and smell of a coffee shop? We’ll teach you how to do it all when you join the Bayside Café Team. Help us raise money for local causes in our community!  

Photography

Bayside photographers have a passion for photography and a heart to serve God and our church. We often provide photographs by request for specific needs such as illustrating a sermon point, advertising for an upcoming event, social media, website support, and church sponsored events and ministry promotion.

Graphic Design

Our graphic design volunteers are team members of all skill level who have some computer proficiency and the ability to learn new design skills. We support all ministries of our church with slides, flyers, social media, and signs.
